I’m so glad Amanda got there safely, and now she’ll have a wonderful time visiting with them. And it’ll be good for Josh and Charlee, too. What fun! And what an incredible opportunity. Thanks for posting the pictures. You KNEW we all wanted to see them.

Beth I know you are glad to know that she arrived safely. Amanda and Josh are mighty fine looking folks! You must be bustin’ your buttons with pride. I know it will be great for them to be together.

Thank you for talking about my blog, I am also a tanker and I was in Dco 2-37AR in Friedberg at good old Ray Barracks. I bet your son knows the Elvis dining facility.

American Soldier,
I emailed my son to ask him if he knows about the Elvis dining facility - he hasn’t answered yet.
I do have a photo of him standing beside the life-size Elvis in the museum at Ft. Knox
I also got a pic of him next to the life size Gen Patton (It embarassed him for me to ask him to pose next to them for the photos! lol).
