The arrogence of it all. I suppose it would be a bit of a put off for Representative McKinney to have to show her ID to enter the House of Representatives. Afterall, she’s Cynthia McKinney.
I suppose, in her seemingly limitless delusions of self-importance, everyone should recognize her immediately at a glance. She is Cynthia McKinney afterall. If you don’t recognize her you are a racist, obviously. [See Michelle Malkin's report on how McKinney is playing the race card.]
Of course, Ms. McKinney has hired a lawyer and is painting herself as the victim of this incident. She says she is, “just a victim of being in Congress while black.”
Violence Worker has two posts on Ms. McKinney’s bad behavior. Well, this round of her bad behavior. It’s Called Assault and Censure McKinney.
The Rolling Barrage is reports on her continuation of the embarrassment in the form of a news conference today in which she declares she is only guilty of being Black.
This is the same US Representative that sent a letter of appology to Saudi Arabia after Rudy Guiliani refused a pay-off immediately following 9-11. She did this on her own as a Representative of the United States.
This is the same Representative that falls all over herself to be photographed at every opportunity, especially shaking hands with the President before and after his State of the Union addresses.
Cynthia McKinney is nothing if not entertaining. The problem is that she’s a member of the House of Representatives. That makes her entertaining antics dangerous. She actually can wield some power with her comical antics.
I think of people who have had serious charges brought against them for hitting people with their cell phones or hitting a cop. Russell Crowe just recently had an incident in which he faced charges of assault for throwing his cell phone.
Naomi Campbell is currently under investigation for hitting her housekeeper with a cell phone.
Then theres the case from several years ago in which ZaZa Gabor slapped a cop. She had to go to court over that and was the butt of jokes for the longest time.
But none of them are Cynthia McKinney.
It sounds like Ms. McKinney expects to not only steer clear of facing charges, but plans to be the victim of the attack. By the time she is done the poor officer she attacked might be charged with attacking her.
It is embarrassing this woman is a Representative and is from Georgia.
She is proof positive that money and privilege don’t buy class.

McKinney Is Ignorant. Any Questions?…
Cynthia McKinney, the addled Representative from the State of Georgia is playing the race card. In a news conference that resembled a sketch from Saturday Night Live, the Congresswoman declared that she was guilty of being black. One cannot argue……

I consider myself lucky. Until yesterday I had never even heard of CM. She sure sounds like an idiot, though.

She is an embarrassment to Georgia!!! She shoud be censured and prosecuted. You can’t expect people to have respect for law enforcement if our officals don’t!!!

James Myart, McKinney’s atty, was previously barred from Dept Agriculture for repeatedly trying to circumvent security and lying to security officers, and also suspended from practicing law in Texas for engaging in “fraud and deceit” as well as using an ethnic slur during settlement proceedings in a discrimination suit. An interesting correlation between lawyer and client. I haven’t heard the results of the grand jury yet, but I certainly hope Ms Mckinney gets indicted. If nothing else, she should get a Congressional censure.
