I like open posts and blogrolls because I’m always finding blogs and information I might not otherwise come across if it weren’t for clicking on the links. I thought I’d point out a couple of things I just learned while reading blogs. It’s important so listen closely.
1. Bush is bad! I found this out at 123Beta. As it turns out, the tax cuts Bush implemented that have so successfully resulted in a boomin
g economy so that Ann Coulter could conquer welfare recipients!!! (opps, I’m sorry, I forgot, the news says the economy is bad, bad, bad. Forget the lowest interest rates in 30 plus years, highest stock market ever, booming housing market, lowest unemployment, forget all that, it’s an illusion, the economy is BAD!)
If you want to know what the next Bush Conspiracy Theory is just go to The George W. Bush Conspiracy Theory Generator. This will make all our lives much simplier and might actually put CNN out of business!
2. Dean is good! It’s true! National Democratic Committee Chairman Howard Dean is attempting to lead the Democratic Party down a more spiritual path. He appeared on the 700 Club with Pat Robertson and says he hopes to do it again because religion seems to be a winner. He is appealing to the dems to start doing and saying things that give the appearance that the dems have the moral high ground.
Until someone gets upset with them, of course. Like when gay and lesbian activists got mad cause Dean said he thought marriage was between a man and a woman on the 700 Club. But I think he probably knows they all understand he just said that cause he was on the Christian Broadcasting Network, so it doesn’t count.
Dean says he plans to have a half-day training session on spirituality at the Oregon Democratic Convention to help democrats start getting used to the idea. The empahsis will be on trainin
g democratic activists how to get religious people to vote democratic. [source]
It sorta reminds me of the time I heard Dean say he could relate to Southerners by putting a shotgun in the back window of a pick-up truck. [he was serious when he said it] That’s when I knew he really did understand!
Okay, let’s recap. Bush is BAD and Dean is GOOD! Got it?
I added visuals for those of you who need a little extra help.

That’s right. It turns out that President Bush’s highly successful tax-cuts, that have significantly benefitted the national economy, were originally intended to help Ann Coulter conquer welfare……

Hi Beth,
This comment is totally unrelated to the post. I would just like you to know that it took exactly 5min 17sec to load your page. It has always loaded slow at 128Kbps but this time I made sure to time it. Think about the number of potential readers that are ticked off by this. I feel you need to re-think your design.
Thanks.

Thanks TM - I have been rethinking my design - I had no idea it was taking that long to load. Thanks for telling me.
