Cindy Shenanigans seems to be working a little overtime lately to grab some headlines. I’ve seen something about her every time I’ve turned around the last few days. [source]
I’ve resisted blogging anything about her because … well …. what is there left to say?
But then I read a post at Jo’s Cafe today. Jo quoted Rush as follows:
She doesn’t know that she’s been exploited and used from the outset, and I think these people who have exploited her and used her and have created expectations in her own mind and heart about her importance and relevance, if they just cast this woman aside, there’s no telling what she will do. They cast her aside and basically say, all right, Cindy, 15 minutes of fame is up, your usefulness has maxed out, go back to being nothing in your Birkenstocks, I don’t know what the woman would do. I know how fleeting fame is. I know how much average, ordinary loser types desire it, and when they acquire it every dream has come true, and then when it’s taken away from them because they haven’t genuinely earned it, then we’re talking serious potential psychological problems.
I’ve thought the same thing. The Shenanigans just isn’t that bright and you can tell her usefulness is coming to an end. It’s actually kind of sad.
She’s down to being a characture and the left is moving on to greener fields.
Now it’s down to a Silly Sheehan ‘Rolling Fast’ that hasn’t gotten the kind of press she has become accustomed to. [source]‘
There are a couple more selected quotes from over at Jo’s. They are from Cindy Shenanigan’s interview with Nora O’Donnell. She continues to regurgitate her mantra about not hating Bush or trashing Bush but by definition he’s a terrorist, blah, blah, blah. She needs someone to write her some new lines cause those are getting very predictable.
O’DONNELL: Would you rather live under Hugo Chavez than George Bush?
SHEEHAN: Yes. You know, Hugo Chavez is not a dictator like you introduced him. He’s been democratically elected eight times, and he’s not anti-American. … He has helped the poor people of America. He has sent aid to New Orleans. He has sold heating oil to disadvantaged people in America, in the United States of America at low cost, and he  the people of this country love him. Bless her silly heart!

This is the woman who so nurturingly offered to run her son over with a car so he wouldn’t have to go back to Iraq after he voluntarily re-enlisted.
She also thinks she’s in communication with his spirit who she says is smiling down from Heaven at her in approval of all her anti-war activities. (Which are getting his buddies killed; or at least used in jihadi recruiting websites to get guys to shoot at American soldiers)
She is a fool.
2 years ago conservative bloggers were saying she’d had her 15 minutes of fame, but every time she is talked about or linked at conservative blogs, she gets to reset her clock.
Fraubudgie - didn’t she give up custody of him when he was 7 years old?
Point well taken Norma. It’s hard not to comment on her sometimes though.
Gathering of Eagles…
Fly High You Eagles, Soar
Fly high you Eagles, soar,
On you we all depend.
To serve, to stand, support our war,
Our fallen to defend.
Stand firm, stand brave before our Wall;
Deal those a sorry fate,
Who answer Fonda’s hateful call:
Our nation they …
