This picture is of a counter-protest across the street from protesters in SUPPORT of HAMAS and terroism. The group gathered in front of the Israeli Consulate in San Francisco on the 13th.
I am tired of hearing that Israel must show restraint while Israel is being bombed. The Palestinians and/or Hezbollah are threatening to leave so many Israeli bodies they won’t be able to count them. The head of Hezbollah has said he will destroy Israel. He has stated that there will be all out war. AND YET it is Israel that has been asked to show restraint
There is something seriously wrong with the logic of those who are do not understand why Israel MUST do what she is doing.
The liberal/progressive appeasers are dangerous to both Israel and the United States.
Israel is fighting for her life.

Another protest took place in Tel Aviv today (Sunday). Even as they are being bombed they are subject to leftist appeasers. I suppose there were those who would have tried appeasement with Hitler in the 1930s. Oh wait, there were some who did. It didn’t work then, it won’t work now.
You can’t reason with unreasonable people.

Now matter how desperate the situation, how blatant the provocation, and how immediate the danger, you can still find enough leftists to stage a protest.
I will give them credit. Some of them condemned Hezbollah as well as their own government. In addition, they were marching within range of Hezbollah rockets. You don’t see Cindy Sheehan doing that.
It’s good to read a posting by someone who sees Israel’s position. The mainstream media, especially here in Australia, are focusing on the evacuation of lebanese with almost no mention of the deaqth and destruction being wreaked by Katyushas and Qassams. This is the price Israel pays for showing restraint
Restraint doesn’t work. They don’t understand it. They see it as weakness. I think those who want to blame Israel or the United States for everything do so because it’s safer. They are afraid of facing the reality of the situation.

Boy, did you ever hit the nail on the head. Why SHOULD Israel be the one to show restraint??? As the old evangelist Billy Sunday is purported to have said, “The Bible says to turn the other cheek, after that it gives no further instructions”!
I feel that is the position Israel is in. They have turned the other cheek and now it is time to defend themselves.
