Where would the level of trust be? If you can not even see their faces? Absolutely mind bogglingly ignorant. I do not think anyone working with the public should be allowed to cover their faces. Actually if I were to be honest, I am against face coverings anywhere. It just isn't right. The public at large feelings of safety and security is far more important than their need to cover every lock of hair. How easy would it be to hide a homicide belt under a tent? Darn easy!
