greased pig chaseI guess there are some muslims in Texas who aren’t too happy about living in the land of Cowboys!

It seems a group of muslims bought some land in Texas recently. They plan to build a mosque there. Meanwhile, they have tried to get the neighboring land that has been in the landowners family since the 1800s. The neighboring landowner didn’t like that a bit, so he’s hosting the pig chasing race.

The muslims don’t seem to see the humor in that.

More over, other neighbors are not happy about the muslims moving in and building a mosque. The muslims are confused because while neighbors have complained about the mosque moving into their neighborhood, no one has complained about the pig races.

I don’t get it. What on earth is wrong with wholesome outdoor activities like pig races? That’s the American way!! That’s the Texan way.

I’m sure there’s a neighborhood in say, Syria, that would have no problem at all with welcoming their mosque.
