John Forbes Kerry just can’t seem to get past his past. He keeps repeating his own history.
As a Vietnam Vet, Kerry met with the Vietcong in France, even while American Soldiers were serving in Vietnam. He was in France secretly wining and dining with Vietnamese Communist while real Amercian Soldiers were fighting and dying at the hands of the Vietcong. TRAITOR.
Kerry’s Trail of Treachery goes back to the very beginning of his adult life.

Photograph of John Kerry meeting with Comrade Do Muoi, General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam, in Vietnam, July 15-18, 1993. Photo taken in the War Remnants Museum (formerly the “War Crimes Museum”) in Saigon in May 2004.
In 1985, during the Cold War, John Forbes Kerry and Senator Tom Harkin met with the communist radical Manuel Ortega in Nicaragua.
Secretary Shultz decried “self-appointed emissaries to the Communist regime” in Managua, and said, “We cannot conduct a successful policy when [such people] take trips or write ‘Dear Comandante’ letters with the aim of negotiating.” Henry Kissinger added, “If the Nicaraguans want to make an offer, they ought to make it through diplomatic channels. We can’t be negotiating with our own congressmen and Nicaragua simultaneously.” Senator Goldwater called the Kerry-Harkin trip just “wrong, wrong, wrong.”
In the end, the trip backfired. Not long after the senators left him, Ortega flew off to Moscow, to affirm his alliance with the Soviets. Democratic leaders  Tip O’Neill in particular  were embarrassed.
Even after Reagan’s policy in Nicaragua ended in democracy in Central America, Kerry refused to accept that his own actions against both Reagan and then Vice-President George H.W. Bush had been ill-advised.
Hmmmm … There seems to be a pattern emerging.
Fast forward to John Forbes Kerry’s recent attempts at pretending to be a stand-up comedian. He claims his critism of America and American Troops was a botched joke. No one is buying that, of course. His history tells us this is his pattern. He has repeatedly spent enormous amounts of tax dollars and time attempting to discredit every Republican president who has served while he has been in the Senate. He has inserted himself and his ego into every conflict America has had. He calls himself a multi-nationalist and has inevitably taken the side of whoever is the enemy of America.
He has never given a moments pause to criticize America, American presidents and American policies on foriegn soil and with the ememies of America.
Why should it be any different now? It isn’t.
Now he is running off to Iraq to impose himself on the already burdened American Soldiers. He’s going to fit getting a photo op with the troops in between acts of treason in the nations that are sending terrorists to fight those very same Soldiers. If he really wanted to give them something for Christmas, he would leave them alone. I sincerely hope he has trouble getting the Soldiers to pose with him.
A Gold Star Mother is urging American troops to snub Sen. John Kerry during his visit to Iraq. “I’m asking our men and women in Iraq to not allow themselves to be forced to pose with Kerry during his photo ops,” said Debra Bastian, who lost her son in Iraq in 2005.
“This man is a disgrace. He should be shunned by those serving in Iraq. He is not their friend. They [the soldiers] should not be forced to pose for pictures with Kerry the way they did when Sen. Hillary Clinton visited Iraq,” she said. [source]
The Tehran Times reports that Kerry has been busy criticizing America to Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak. Just like old times.
Senator John Kerry, visiting Egypt Thursday during a tour of the Middle East, accused the Bush administration of neglecting the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
Kerry met Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak and said they discussed Iraq as well as the Israeli-Palestinian dispute. “I have always believed that the Middle East peace process is the critical issue of the region, and it has not been focused on for the past 6-7 years adequately,” the Massachusetts Democrat told reporters after meeting Mubarak. “I think there has been a huge loss of opportunities.”

The Bush White House has reacted to Senator Kerry’s actions in much the same way the Reagan White House reacted to Kerry’s actions in the 1980s. With digust and disapproval.
The White House said Thursday that trips to Syria by U.S. lawmakers were “inappropriate,” giving a public relations victory for Damascus, which the Bush administration accuses of fueling crises in Iraq, Lebanon and the Palestinian territories.
Spokesman Tony Snow said a visit earlier this week by Sen. Bill Nelson, D-Fla. to Damascus, Kerry’s visit and others planned by Democrat Christopher Dodd and Republican Arlen Specter send a mixed message to Syria.
Obviously, for The Traitor John Forbes Kerry, it’s Anybody but Americans.
Sniper One cites the Logan Act in reference to Kerry’s seditious activities.

Gold Star Mom’s Request Regarding John Kerry’s Middle East Trip…
Remember THIS?
John Kerry has a long traitorous history of meeting with America’s enemies and bad-mouthing the U.S. in the process. The most recent example is Kerry’s current trip to the middle east. He plans on meeting with American troops statio…

Excellent post showing Kerry’s history of aiding and abetting the enemies of the United States. His quest for power combined with his hatred of the American military & constanting speaking ill of American to its enemies clearly prove this man can never be trusted with American interests. If this were the 1940’s and he went to visit Adolf Hitler and Benito Mussolini, he’s be up on charges of treason. I’ve included a link to this post in my entry about Kerry and the Gold Star Mom’s(Debra Bastian) request to the troops. (http://www.anniemayhem.com/cgi-bin/wordpress/?p=834).

There are good points in your article. I would like to supplement them with some information:
I am a 2 tour Vietnam Veteran who recently retired after 36 years of working in the Defense Industrial Complex on many of the weapons systems being used by our forces as we speak.
If you are interested in a view of the inside of the Pentagon procurement process from Vietnam to Iraq please check the posting at my blog entitled, “Odyssey of Armamentsâ€Â
http://www.rosecoveredglasses.blogspot.com
The Pentagon is a giant, incredibly complex establishment, budgeted in excess of $500B per year. The Rumsfelds, the Administrations and the Congressmen come and go but the real machinery of policy and procurement keeps grinding away, presenting the politicos who arrive with detail and alternatives slanted to perpetuate itself.
How can any newcomer, be he a President, a Congressman or even the Sec. Def. to be - Mr. Gates- understand such complexity, particularly if heretofore he has not had the clearance to get the full details?
Answer- he can’t. Therefore he accepts the alternatives provided by the career establishment that never goes away and he hopes he makes the right choices. Or he is influenced by a lobbyist or two representing companies in his district or special interest groups.
From a practical standpoint, policy and war decisions are made far below the levels of the talking heads who take the heat or the credit for the results.
This situation is unfortunate but it is absolute fact. Take it from one who has been to war and worked in the establishment.
This giant policy making and war machine will eventually come apart and have to be put back together to operate smaller, leaner and on less fuel. But that won’t happen until it hits a brick wall at high speed.
We will then have to run a Volkswagen instead of a Caddy and get along somehow. We better start practicing now and get off our high horse. Our golden aura in the world is beginning to dull from arrogance.
