I thought since this was the last Thursday before Christmas that I should write something profound and meaningful for this Thursday Thirteen. However, the powers of the universe have worked against me. Mostly, my computer has worked against me tonight. So instead, I decided to do some random pictures of Christmas Past. I got the idea (and the program) from Cozy Reader’s Thursday Thirteen last week.

The purpose of the meme is to get to know everyone who participates a little bit better every Thursday. Visiting fellow Thirteeners is encouraged! If you participate, leave the link to your Thirteen in others comments. It’s easy, and fun! Be sure to update your Thirteen with links that are left for you, as well! I will link to everyone who participates and leaves a link to their 13 things. Trackbacks, pings, comment links accepted!

TT 13 things - what is it?…
Here are 13 examples of something each of these people have, can you guess what it is? 1) Arnold Schwarzenegger has a big one. 2) Michael J. Fox has a small one. 3) Madonna doesn’t have one. 4) The Pope has one but doesn’t use it…….

I love it, Beth. Approaching my 60th Christmas, I got a little misty-eyed looking at your pics of that sweet kid of old, her Precious Daughter and Soldier Son. I remember going out with Daddy to cut those scraggly redcedars like the Ellijay tree pic!!
BSC Beth - Approaching your 60th?? Now THAT is disturbing! lol Yeah, it’s kinda sentimental, isn’t it.

I loved looking at the pictures. I did the same thing except MUCH less high-tech presentation! Interesting we both chose that one of D and V in the 70’s!
BSC Beth - Joan I lol when I saw your TT and realized we had done the same thing. I’m not very high-tech - but that program is VERY easy to use. All you have to do is upload the photos and pick out the effects you want and voila!

Sweet photos. Reminds me of my old Christmas pictures. You know, those old square format prints with the scalloped white borders with the date printed on them. Pajamas on, hair askew, ripping paper packages and stepping on pine needles on the floor woven with shiny ‘icicles.’
Merry Christmas and lets all have a very Happy New Year.
BSC Beth: Thanks Infidel
Merry Christmas back at cha

What lovely pictures and isn’t it amazing how styles change … I am of course referring to your brother-in-law’s shirt in the 70s!!
BSC Beth: Thanks! It is funny about styles - but at first I thought you were goingt o comment on his HAIR!! But the shirt’s pretty 70s too LOL
I’m hoping he’ll come by and see the photo! He’ll shoot me for that! lol
