I haven't seen any problems thus far and i have tried both the new Explorer 7 and currently use Firefox...

I do like one thing about explorer 7 you can keep and restore your current pages and with firefox if i x out i am not given that option unless i just shut down without x ing out.

keep up the great work Beth.

I highly recommend Avant browser. It totally rocks. You can open muliple pages and if you accidentally X out of the browser, all the pages you had opened will be there when you re-open the browser. It has some really great features. It feeds off of Internet Explorer but it's much, much better. Firefox is a pain.

I use IE7 and everything is fine, but I know I have had the same problem with my site. I ended up changing to a new template a few weeks ago because a few people were having the same problem in IE6, my sidebar showed up at the bottom.

I used to use Firefox, mainly because it offered support for tabs, as well as a few other items that IE6 didn't have. Now that IE includes them, I prefer it because Firefox is still slower and eats more memory. Pages also seem to load slower in Firefox, at least for me.

I prefer IE, but it won't open your site, so I switched over to Firefox. I have the same problem with Jane's--actually a difference problem, but it sometimes crashes. With Firefox right now, I can barely see what I'm typing it is so tiny. It also shows my site in a smaller font.
These things are all a mystery to me.

My MM is up.

Use code validation, something like http://www.htmlhelp.com/tools/validator/. You have some repetitive errors in your code which need to be removed, and a validation check would be the easiest way for you to see them.

Hi Beth,

I know what you mean. I use IE7 - I used to use Firefox, which I loved until their latest edition came out 2.0.0.1 - nothing worked after that. However, I am using Mozilla and it is fast and the Daddy of Firefox. In fact I preferre it now. What I do hun is check my webpage in all three browsers to make sure everything comes up right and is uniform on it all. Like my gabcast showed ok in IE7 but big on FF-so I adjusted it not it is fine on all.

I am actually thinking to switch back to Opera--less headaches with it! But for mow I am pleased with Mozilla and would venture to say it is the simplest interface of all-easier to work with and the fastest for page loads.

The error that comes up at the bottom of your page in IE is a javascript error. Just check that none of your javascripts -ie, your blogrolls have errors in them. Other than that it should be fine. Also make sure you have enough bandwidth--that could be why your page timed out for me and some others.

Hollar if yah need something hun! :)

I use IE7 and have very little trouble on ANY site... But I got an error message just now when I clicked on BSC... Clicked again and it loaded fine...

A word of caution to ALL! If you build in IE, stick with it....

If you build in FireFox, stick with it...

If you try to MIX the 2, beware... They do NOT play well together...

I'm sure you already know, but check the div tags and such. A lot of the two sidebar themes that have both on one side or the other can be pains to get just right (or left). I had that issue trying to get one of my old themes to do that correctly. Might have something to do with the floats.

If you want a little help late in the week, more then happy!!!
