Since her father’s tragic death in September 2006, the precocious Bindi Irwin has emerged to carry on his work. She shares her father’s passion for wildlife and his personality. She is in the process of charming the world in much the same way her father did.
Speaking at the National Press Club in D.C. recently she was asked what she thought of the media. She replied that she didn’t want to hurt anyone’s feelings, but, she continued, she likes snakes better.

Hello Bindi Sue Irwin I am Katija Jay and I am 9 years old. My birthday is on the 5th of Octber (1997).I am your favouite fan. I even got Bindi Irwin kidfitness. It is brillint. What is your favourite animal? I can’t choose because I love wildlife as much as you do.Do you know a bird called the Great Bower Bird well my dog Mishia witch she is a Siberian husky jumped up at a tree and caught a baby Bower Bird and hurt it’s wing.My step dad rang the wildlife and they told us to put it in a box with holes in it and the next morning we took it to the vet.I told the vet what happened and later that day she bought it back to be with it’s mother but we couuldn’t find the nest so shr took it back to the wildlife. Allan said I was a wildlife worrior like you I felt so happy because I always wanted to be like you.
