FALSE-He didn’t have gunners for his aircraft. That’s why he flew unarmed helicopters into the battlefield.

A wounded trooper is loaded on Huey. That early in the war, Huey slicks had no M60 machine guns. Only an infantryman with an M16 on each side.
M-60 machineguns were hung on straps, untill the mounts were put on. all Hueys were armed.
