Steven Weber’s comments are indicative of liberal thinking. While I do think (IMHO) that Maher portrayed early Biblical times incorrectly, I am grateful to have someone in the MSM speak of Islam as “not peaceful”. Many Muslims, probably, do want to “feel” they are peaceful and moderate, but they could not “speak” that desire to their Imam.
