- The Hotel Del Coronado in San Diego. Primarily, I’d like to go out there and see my daughter.

- While I’m out there, I think I’d like to see Joshua Tree.

- The Mayan Ruins at Chechen Itza.

- A beautiful all inclusive resort we stayed at one time on the Riviera Maya, Mexico.

- The English Countryside.

- Scotland, the land of my ancestors. (Some of them anyway).

- Denmark, because we were all Danes around this time last year.

- I’d like to see the ancient ruins of Rome, Italy.

- We saw bullfights in Mexico, I’d like to see them in Madrid, Spain. I’d mostly like to see them because that would make Beloved Curmudgeon happy. They are breathtaking contests.

- Taroko Ridge in central Taiwan. I rode up and back down this ridge one time many years ago. It’s breathtaking. I’d like to do it again.

- A spa in Thailand sound fabulous. I could deal with a week there.

- My son loves Germany. When my son returns from Iraq I want to go and visit him there and see where he’s been living between deployments.

- I’ve heard a lot of the holiday markets in Germany. I’d like to see them.

I think I’ll add 12 of those to my list. I say 12, because I have one of them (Scotland) on my own list.
They all look intersting. I’d love, love, love to go to Scotland. Hopefully, I’ll be able to go to Germany in 2008. How’s than for planning ahead?
Oh, fun! Many of these places are on my “to see” list too!
My TT list is of Places I’ve Been… None quite so wonderful as these, but amazing nonetheless!
I’d like to visit some of the same places! I REALLY want to go to Italy!
I am with you on the Chechen Itza. I so want to go there!
I have been to the Mayan ruins at Chichen Itza (albeit with a wicked hangover on an excursion from Club Med…see my blog from Sunday)…they were incredible!
Yes, when are we leaving? *lol*
Though I could easily add many, many more to that list….!!!
I love your list. The bullfight I could do without. But I’d still like to visit Madrid. And I would have *never* thought of a spa in Thailand.
My TT is up as well. This week, it’s the thirteen reasons to keep a journal.
English countryside and Scotland would make a fine holiday
Can I go with you? All of these look wonderful!
Beautiful pics! Let’s go traveling! I’ll go with you.
Chichen Itza is on my list too. I’ve been to a few of the others, they are definitely list-worthy. I did a travel-oriented TT this week as well, must be something in the air.
Happy TT.
ahhhhh, Scotland! I loved it there
Some awesome places on that list, some of which I’ve never visited myself! I do hope you make it to each location in your lifetime!
Happy TT and thank you for taking it over!
Can I come along?? I’d love to visit them all! I;ve been to England and Scotland but would love to go back. Germany is close for me and the holiday markets are fun. The other places I haven’t been yet, but I want to.
My TT shows a lot of pics of my two kittens growing up.
Great list! Between your list and mine…we all need a vacation!!! Thanks for the great photos.
Some would say this is a good law of attraction technique to post pictures of these places and picture yourself there. Sounds like you’ve already manifested some of them. I want to see flamingos!
there is a really great market in Hamburg
very famous
OOOH can I go?????? I’ll be good I promise. I am real easy to travel with and I don’t complain!!!!!
Scotland is at the top of my list!
Yes, we all need a vacation. . . and you have some great ones picked out.
BSC: Yes - they are great. If only I could actually go! lol But, hey, fantasy is the next best thing
