As a military wife of a hubby who will go back to the sand box for a third time, I LOVE stories like this. Not the sad parts, but the survival parts. The deaths are horrible. I can't even fully describe how I feel about them. But those living injured have really caught my heart, too. I've been in contact with the Wounded Warrior program. Man, thank you for posting this.

BSC: I know what you mean CM. With my son over there I can barely read the sad parts. It's just too personal. If you are like me (and you probably are) we are holding our breath anyway. It's just something we have to keep our minds away from. I know you must be so proud of your husband! Both you and him AND your children have certainly given a lot of our country! More than your share.
