Defecating on a flag, burning soldiers in effigy, protesting at the funerals of our soldiers. It saddens me that we have pond scum that would do this and angers me to the point of ... well, part of me is glad they do not do stuff like that in N. Texas, and part of me wishes they would so we could show our troops that there are those of us who will not stand for that type of behavior. Yes, they have the first amendment right to protest as they see fit. With all rights come responsibilities, and they have to be made responsible for their actions. Not one of the bystanders in Oregon stepped in and tried to put a stop to this.
