Who said anything about surrendering? To whom? Does Bolton or any of the right wing talkies know the meaning of the word? The Japanese were forced to surrender to us in ‘45. That means they laid down their arms, we dictated the terms. A pullout is vastly different from a surrender. Using the term makes all the righties look like cookoos and immature blowhards.
