As Mohamed Bedjaoui, the Algerian Foreign Affairs Minister has rightly mentioned, no international help or involvement was proposed during continous period of terrorism of the 1990`s. nevertheless algeria, apparently a "third world" country had actually managed to banish the the terrorism and spread a sense of peace and security throught the country. this was all achived without any external madiators or peacekeepers. therfore why would america prove to be useful to algerians now?? they are obviously not interfeering for the algerians benifit, so we do not welcome a nation to put its foot in our country; especially a nation that has been sacrificing arab blood for hundreds of years. i strongly condemn american involvement with the algerian nation.
