The problem with doing as you suggest is not in the knowing it is in the doing! I rediscover this fact everytime a big problem rears its head. I KNOW that what you said about disaster turning into deliverance is true, but my emotions won't let me DO the relaxing while I tough it out. You've given me encouragement this morning to "tough it out" and take control of the parts of my life I can still control. True and well said!
