Blue Star Turns Gold

Please go by Bloggin’ Outloud and leave a message for this young man’s parents ….

Please be in prayer for some good friends of ours – they just lost a son to a roadside bomb in Iraq yesterday morning. If you would be so kind as to write a note at Bloggin’ Outloud, I’ll have them read your words of encouragement and support.

“Alex” was 21 years old, joined the US Army in 2004 right out of high school, served in Korea and went on his tour to the Middle East last fall.

Robinik writes a beautiful sentiment for our Soldiers in response to this tragic loss. He offers A Little Prayer for a Big Man.

I’m so sorry! At first I couldn’t figure out what the title of your post meant – but it finally hit me. I can’t access blogspot URLs from work. So I will try to go by this evening from home.

JOHN 15:13 “Greater love has no man than to lay down his life for his friends.” God bless and where do we find such men and women? Only in America…the land of the free and the home of the BRAVE!
