There is currently a news conference being conducted by the Kansas police. They found a cell phone ping from a tower that occurred about an hour after Kelsey Smith was abducted from the parking lot of a Target store in Kansas City.
There is an intense search in the area of the cell phone tower. It’s described as rugged terrain and therefore it’s a tedious process.

The Kelsey Smith incident inspires me to propose that the male population, for the sake of social order, be required to face the discipline and close supervision afforded by universal, compulsory military service. Bring back the draft!
