My poor fat cat got closed out on the screened in porch last night. I didn’t realize it till I went out there to vacuum a couple of hours ago.
She. Was. Not. Happy!!!! At. All.
She gave me a VERY dirty look when I opened the door and sashayed by me with a accusatory meow.
After she got over her initial snit, she came up to me and pretty much demanded I pick her up and pet her for a few minutes. She’s a little scaredy cat and while she likes to stay on that porch a lot of the time, I’m sure being out there alone all night was no fun at all for her. So I petted her a few minutes and then she got down and disappeared to where ever it is she goes when she wants to be alone and sulk.
I feel bad 
BTW, I’ve had her on a diet and put her food downstairs so that she has to walk up and down the stairs to eat. But she still looks like this. We are trying …..
I would be checking your shoes for the next couple of days!

Our cat is big too but the vet said he is not but a few pounds overweight…..he is just a large breed cat!
Cats can pout for a while……she’ll come around!
Our cat, Gizmo, was gone for three days…she finally got back home this morning, whining and crying to be left in.
It doesn’t look like she skipped any meals, thankfully… I think she charmed someone into taking her in!

Love the cat–I have two smaller ones now, but I have had an enormous one too. As a cat fanatic, I still prefer fat cats.
BSC: Well, this one is certainly FAT!!! But she’s actually better. When my daughter brought her home from school she was so fat you couldn’t see her feet when when moved. It just looked like she was gliding across the room. But she hasn’t gotten any thinner in a long time! lol
Holy Cow! That’s one large feline. LMAO I’ve seen some big’uns before, but that one is right up there.
Our cats wouldn’t speak to us for days whenever we left them in kitty jail, so we found someone to come in to feed ‘em when we’re gone. Now, they only give us the evil eye for only 24 to 48 hours, instead of a week.
My cat is fat too. His name is Simba. He came to live with me after living in a basement laundry room, with little human contact, but all he could eat…and eat he did!! How do I get a 13 year old cat to lose weight? He doesn’t play, I bought him toys and catnip, but he is starving…not just for food, but for attention.
