While the Court found resoundingly in favor of the business owners, Jin and Soo Chung, their ordeal is not yet overâ€”they have drained their saving accounts contesting this frivolous lawsuit, and they have racked up over $100,000 in legal expenses.

This guy represents a lot of what is wrong with this country today. We havea judge abusing the legal system this blatantly. He’s trying to ruin this Korean couple’s lives. I think it’d be only fitting if the rest of society did the same to him.

First, he should lose his job, no question. Second the Korean couple should turn around and sue this clown for every penny he has. He deserves to be financially ruined. Third, this guy should be made into a social pariah. His picture should be posted around DC with slogans like “public enemy” and “legal criminal.” Restaurants should refuse to serve him. People should spit at his feet as he walks by and mock him.

We need to send the message that bullies and fools like Pearson will not be tolerated. We need to make an example of him.

Frankly, I hope the case gets tossed or found in the immigrants’ favor resulting in the suing judge getting strongly reprimanded by the presiding judge. I’d love to see an investigation on his abuse of the system with this case. And maybe removed from the bench.

Judge Roy Pearson, according to reports on Fox, is broke. He had maybe less than $200.00 in his checking account before this. He has tons of bills. He’s doing this for the money, no other reason.

Roy L. Pearson, who filed a $67 million lawsuit against the dry cleaning business that lost his pants, has lowered his demand. Now, he’s asking for only $54 million, according to a May 30 court filing in D.C. Superior Court….
