There are a lot of changes behind the scenes for 2.2. I had one plugin work fine for about 4 days, then BOOM! no access to admin pannel till I deleted the plugin. For the preview pane, look up near the top middle right on the write page. There is a link to it, will open in new window. Took me awhile to find it.
