Surveillance video captured Jessie Davis shopping with her 2-year-old son just hours before she went missing about a week ago. Stills from that video has been released to the press today.
Jessie Davis was discovered missing by her mother who became concerned after not hearing from her for a couple of days. The mother went to Jessie’s house and discovered her 2-year-old son home alone in a soiled diaper. The house was in disarray, tables and lamps were knocked over, her comforter was missing and bleach had been poured over her bedroom floor.
Jessie’s son, Blake, told his grandmother, ‘Mommy was crying. Mommy broke the table. Mommy’s in the rug.’ Everything Blake said has not been released.
Jessie’s long-time lover and father of her children, Bobby Cutts Jr., is a married policeman who has apparently fathered children with several women. Early news reports were that he was in the process of a divorce and that his wife knew about his relationship with Jessie. However, today it is reported that Mrs. Cutts was not aware that he had fathered children with Jessie.
Cutts is a police officer with a history.
Cutts’ past was brought up by his ex model and actress Nikki Giavasis on Fox News on Tuesday. She claimed that she taken several restraining orders out against him including one in 2007. He also hit and verbally abused their daughter, who no longer sees him, she claimed in an interview with the network.
But an interview with the “The Repository” newspaper, Cutts says, “I did not have anything to do with Davis’ disappearance.” He went on to tell the paper, “They continue to say I am not a suspect, but, I mean, I would be dumb and naive to think they weren’t treating me as a suspect just based on the different things I’ve had to go through the last couple of days.”
In a shocker it was reported that Cutts was at his Jessie’s home helping in the search for the missing mother after the disappearance. Newsnet 5 digs into the personnel file of Cutts and reveals that in 1998, investigative reporter Duane Pohlman reported that about a year before Cutts applied to become an officer, his former girlfriend, Nikki Giavasis, who now models in California, claimed Cutts kicked her door in to get inside her home. Cutts was charged and convicted of aggravated trespassing.
Also - In 2003, Cutts was fired from the force after a .22-caliber handgun he owned ended up in the hands of a cousin and felon who was arrested with several ounces of cocaine, Pohlman said. Cutts claimed his cousin stole the gun. He won an appeal and was re-instated as a Canton police officer.
I realize that Bobby Cutts, Jr. is not officially a suspect, but I have to say it’s troublesome that he was admitted to the police force with a criminal history. I also wonder about the fact that he has maintained relationships with several women and fathered children with them all.
What is it about him that these women would put themselves in the position of being dependent on him. They continue a relationship with him and have his children regardless of his obvious infidelities. He’s a police officer so I doubt it’s for the money.
I also found it bothersome that in his first interview with the press his focus is apparently on how difficult this has been for him. For HIM. His concern for himself is expressed to the press after the mother of two of his children comes up missing under extremely suspicious circumstances. I imagine it’s been pretty dadgume difficult on a number of people including her parents who are talking about HER not themselves.
In another development today, a newborn baby girl was found in a basket at the door of a retired couple about 45 miles away from where Jessie Davis disappeared. Jessie was due to give birth to a girl any day. The early reports are that it is unlikely to be Jessie’s baby. The baby appears to be white and Jessie’s baby would be bi-racial, although that’s hard to determine in a newborn. Also, the woman on whose porch the baby was left is a retired nurse who works with teens. It is likely someone left the baby there knowing she would care for it. Still, it’s an awfully strange coincidence. DNA tests are being conducted to determine the parentage of the abandoned infant. [source]
The Canton police have scheduled a press conference at about 3 p.m. today.

If you’re wondering why women are still wanting to go back to men like him, it’s because he’s a “bad boy”. He has slept around and women like Jesse Davis knew that. Women always say they want a ‘nice guy’ but they always end up spreading their legs for the badboy. They always want a man that OTHER women find attractive.
Since in any relationship–especially a sexual one where the woman becomes pregnant—it is the WOMAN who chose whom she will sleep with. Jesse Davis CHOSE to sleep with a man who was already married and had already fathered several children.
Btw, why arrest him…when the wife, as well as the other women, are just as suspicious?

It is now 25 June and Jessie is dead with her baby girl. It is too difficult to understand why such a horrible thing happens to a fully pregnant woman by her own friend, when he is supposed to protect her the most? Have that boy seen what has been done to his mom? Would he remember that in the course of his childhood and adulthood? What is wrong with people these days? Where is our conceine? Why are we acting less than a wild animal?
To Jessie and your unborn child: May heaven be your place.
to your son: May God be with him in all his life.
To her family: May God help you go through this terrible loss.
To the killers: I don’t want to think about you!! May your conceine punish you minuite by minute till your last breath.
