Hart Williams of Democratic Daily and former writer for Hustler Magazine had this to say about Rush Limbaugh and Ted Nugent. He complains on his blog that only a portion of his comment have been quoted and uses the following entire quote to prove that his meaning is being misconstrued.
I will only reiterate what I’ve said before: WHEN they manage to inevitably push their litany of hatespeak into actual bloodletting, and full-blown civil war (for there is no other place that this hatred of American against American can go), well …
I’ve got dibs on Rush, as soon as it’s legal and lawful to shoot him.
Whoever wants Ted Nugent is welcome to him, but I would prefer that you would call it now, so as to conserve on ammunition. We will need to manage it prudently.
But when the day comes that they have finally set brother against brother, and sister against sister in the name of their pocketbooks, I won’t approach exterminating them with anything approaching remorse. They’ve already told me what they think of me, of my friends and of my peers.
Now, I’m returning the favor.
Put that in your pipe and have the WSJ editorial staff show you how to smoke it, Nugent.

I don’t see how the rest of the post changes it’s meaning. If anything the last couple of sentences make it more threatening sounding. That still looks like hatespeak to me. I don’t hear that hate filled rhetoric except from the left and they seem full of it, literally and figuratively.
Lets wrap our heads around this. The left hates Ted Nugent because he hunts and eats meat. Therefore they want to kill him. The ‘logic’ is that you can kill a human being for killing and eating an animal. They hate Ted Nugent because he likes fire arms. Therefore, they want to use fire arms to kill Ted Nugent for using fire arms.
There are some serious holes in the logic here.
Whatever the case, I triple dog dare Hart Williams to go up against Ted Nugent in a fair fight!! He makes these outrageous threats (which by all means should be taken seriously!!) from behind his computer against Ted Nugent?!?!? I’d be willing to bet Ted Nugent wouldn’t even take the fight simply because he believes in fair play. That would DEFINITELY not be a fair fight. Which, of course, is the only reason Williams would have the nerve to make the threat.

I know EXACTLY what you mean darth!! Can you imagine him having the nerve to duke it out with Nugent, man to man? Naw, it’d never happen. ?:-)
How is it that those Anti-Hate folks always seem to have the best hate routine going? Their main problem is that they are soul-dead atheists (or sorely deluded new age ’spiritual’ types) and so they have no perspective on life beyond their navels. Their other problem is they have no sense of humor. Ha.

Ted was talking about defending his family with a gun. I think it would be more interesting, not to mention a good abject lesson for moonbats, for him to pull out one of his bows instead.
