How sad!
My daughter did that (and probably still does!) and it drove me nuts!!
At least she’s not allowed to use the cellphone while driving on Base. I wish they would keep her on base….lol
I see more young drivers around here chatting away on their phones and lord knows what else. It can seem like dodge cars sometimes.

Here in this pathetic blue state, accidents are common and when you add drivers using cell phones and text gadgets behind the wheels, in addition to changing radio stations at 60 mph…. KABOOM! Ron White is right for you can’t teach stupid! Driving should be taken as a priviledge and taken seriously by operators of ALL ages!
