I’m always leery of mixing hollywood with politics and particularly with our military. There was a time when hollywood backed our country and our military and helped with the war effort. Now it seems they work against us at every turn. This show looks like it might actually be a positive tribute to our men and women who are serving the country.
The Ghost Whisperer is doing a special episode in tribute to our men and women serving our country. The episode is called ‘Haunted Hero’. It is about a U.S. soldier and decorated Iraqi war veteran who recently returned from combat. He is later accused of deserting his platoon. The soldier is continuously haunted with nightmares reminding him of his time at war, specifically that night he lost his men, and it’s up to Melinda (Jennifer Love Hewitt) to find out the truth. This episode blends fiction with a dose of reality as real-life U.S. Soldier Veterans participated in this historic episode.
