Bono Commits Liberal Suicide in Rolling Stone Interview
Irish Rock Star and Robin Williams look alike turned globe trotting world saver has just committed liberal suicide in a Rolling Stone interview. I wonder how long it will be before the truthers and hollywood lear-jet liberals will be tearing him apart.
First he says he understands what Bush was trying to do by invading Iraq!
There was a plan there, you know. I think the president genuinely felt that if we could prove a model of democracy and broad prosperity in the Middle East, it might defuse the situation.
He says it couldn’t work because …
It was always going to go wrong. I remember in the first moments after “shock and awe,” I was watching it at home with [my wife] Ali and I said, “These people have just hidden their guns in the basement, took off their uniforms and come out waving American flags. And they’ve been told to. They knew this was coming, and they know what they’re doing.”
Even worse for the liberals, he says this …
I want to be very, very clear, however: I understand and agree with the analysis of the problem. There is an imminent threat. It manifested itself on 9/11. It’s real and grave. It is as serious a threat as Stalinism and National Socialism were. Let’s not pretend it isn’t.
Yikes! He compares islamists to Stalin and National Socialism! Yikes!
He must not have gotten the memo that we are the fascists and everything is Bush’s fault.
Move over Joe Lieberman, another liberal has admitted there is an islamic threat. You’ll have company soon in the tossed aside corner.

Bono Commits Liberal Suicide…
Bono is proving that being liberal doesn’t mean one has to be insane and an appeaser, nor consumed by BDS. Of course, liberal in the British Isles doesn’t necessarily mean the same thing as on the European mainland or here in the States.

Interview: Bono…
via Rolling Stone. Liberal ‘journalist’ Anthony DeCurtis interviews Bono of U2. Not that I really care what Bono, or any other ’star’ thinks for that matter ……

Good for Bono. He spoke his mind and his opinion. The sheep of the world should wake the fuck up and realize that although Bono is a well known person, he is still just a person. His opinion matters the same amount as any other civilian who has no seat in a senate or house of representatives. He is not in a position to start or end a war. Maybe you should take a look at what fascism is defined as before you refer to “us” as the fascists. Dumbass

Bono isn’t very bright. Remember that song where he says “early morning, April 4th, a shot rings out in the Memphis sky”? Martin Luther King, Jr. was assassinated at 6pm in the evening. Idiot. People should stop looking up to record company stooges like him for political advice. I wouldn’t trust him to make me a ham sandwich, let alone make up my mind for me on Iraq.
