After the holidays is a perfect time for looking at what to do about getting back into shape physically. I don’t make New Year’s resolutions because I never keep them. I do, however, try to do what I can to keep in shape and this year I am determined to make some permanent life changes that will help me get into and stay in shape. As much as I like to think that I continue to defy nature by staying young and healthy, I do realize that as I have gotten old it has gotten more difficult to undo whatever damage I do with bad habits and …. well …. wanton gluttony over the holidays!
I found a website that’s whole focus is on helping with managing weight through supportive discussions on a variety of topics related to weight loss and physical fitness. The site offers Weight Loss Reviews that cover topics such as the latest fast weight loss programs, nutrition and exercises. I just read their article on How to get a flat stomach. Yes, I know, that means crunches and sit-ups, but their article covers a lot more than that. It gives an overview, discusses what problems feed into a paunchy stomach, alternatives and final recommendations for working on and achieving a flat stomach. All of their articles go into the same depth. If you are like me, you can use the help and encouragement. Okay, so its off to a new year and a new start. Time for some crunches!
