I’m always looking for investment opportunities. I’m especially interested in ways to maximize my earnings through wise investing. With both of my children living so far away and in opposite directions, i want to be able to have some flexibility in earning income AND being able to travel to visit with them. I know most people are in the same situation, working at a job that only allows so much time off. It makes it difficult to get to see my kids. So my dream is to find a way to make a decent income without punching the clock seven days a week.
I have looked at real estate trust deed investments because they produce a high margin of return with low risk. I’m all about low risk. I’m very conservative when it comes to investments. I DO NOT like to lose money so I don’t take much risk when investing. These are a high yield investment offering a 12% return rate on their high yield first trust deeds and hard money lending systems. It sounds like a great way to earn that retirement income so that I can get out of the rat race a little sooner!
