Barack Obama on the Economy: Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac

Barack Obama spoke on the economy today and apparently his teleprompter wasn’t working properly, or his ear piece was confusing him. See the video here.

Barack Obama on the Economy – Video

Barack Obama has an awful time when he has to go off script. He was just doing fine with the huge crowds and the teleprompter. Then people started giving him a hard time and acting like he should get down among the people.

That whole getting down and talking to the people thing was NOT going well, until they figured out how to take a mobile teleprompter along so he could put it up where ever he was. I don’t know what happened when he was speaking about the economy in Green Bay, Wisconsin today. Was the teleprompter on the fritz? Was someone talking in his ear and confusing him? Or is he just losing it?

Am I the only one that is noticing he is turning gray just from the campaign? What on earth would the actual Presidency do to him?

Note to Obama: Its Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Your bookkeepers should be able to show you the checks. Maybe that’ll help you remember.

It’s scary to think that such an incompetent is so close to being elected to the presidency.

hey look at this who is the most educated him or mccain, oh, i get it it really has nothing to do with education right or is it race. Could a man of color have a higher degree of education than a white. can you tell me why he has to be consider incompetent when john mccain seems to be behind on all issues. Oh and john mccain can’t grow grey hair because he is to old already. He may ned to consider the retirement home.

Sarge – that’s really sad that is all you see. It seriously is.

As much fun as people poke at George Bush when he twists his words around and no one says its because he’s white. They just call him names and accuse him of being the source of all evil. Why the double standard?

Do we have to like everything about Obama because he’s black? Or can we judge him on his character, policies and abilities rather than on the color of his skin?

Apparently Sarge sees race in everything. A Harvard graduate can be stupid. Incompetence has nothing to do with education.

    Isabel Says:

In rereading the previous comment, let me make myself clear. The “A Harvard graduate can be stupid” statement was a generic statement. I don’t at all think Obama is stupid. Incompetent, yes. Stupid, no. He’s quite clever in using his abilities for his own gain. An Ivy League education doesn’t guarantee intelligence or competence.

I knew what you meant Isabel. But I can understand why you felt you had to clarify your meaning.

I agree with you. I know some really clueless ppl with a lot of education and very bright ppl with very little education. Some ppl are ‘intellectuals’ and get so lost in their own thoughts that they can’t make decisions or communicate a real opinion. An intellectual generally doesn’t make a good President (imo) because you need someone who can make a decision and accept the consequences of his/her decisions.

Ya know, this just makes me think about how people will feel if he is sworn in…raising his right hand..states I, Barack Hussein Obama do solemnly swear, blah ,blah…
It feels morally wrong a mere 7 years after WTC and all our deceased and wounded soldiers, their family, friends and loved ones…
I couldn’t vote for him even if I had remained a democrat.

    Stanford Matthews Says:

Obama/Biden by their own policies expressed on their campaign website are only concerned with the redistribution of wealth. I suppose that is good for anyone they happen to like but not good for anyone else.
