The cartoon Doonesbury took a swipe at Sarah Palin and her family. Read about it below.

Garry Trudeau (not Gary Trudeau) used his Doonesbury comic strip on Sunday to sling more mud at Sarah Palin and her family. They love to slam Sarah Palin. The entire comic strip was basically a campaign ad for the Barack Obama campaign. In fact, I wonder if any of the $800,000 that the Obama campaign paid to ACORN to help with that campaign went to Trudeau? No? Well. It was just a thought.

The whole cartoon is a recount of a portion of the disgusting accusations against Palin and her family in the first weeks following her joining the McCain campaign. Things got seriously ugly in those first heady days when she sent a wave of unadulterated panic through the Obama supporters.

They seem to have gotten their footing a little bit now. The game plan seems to ignore the enthusiastic supporters who attend the huge rallies for McCain and Palin. The only time these rallies are in the news is if someone in the crowd says something the media deems inappropriate or a conservative commentator criticizes McCain and/or Palin. Otherwise, they are ignored.

The message from the liberals is clear. Women are supposed to shut up and keep out of the way unless they drink the liberal Koolaide. Conservative women will be bashed, slashed and dashed … along with their families.

Fortunately for all of us. Sarah Palin’s got on her stompin’ heels.
