Sarah Palin Wardrobe Issues
The media is yammering on and on about Sarah Palin’s wardrobe. Not just her wardrobe, but her accessories and her family’s wardrobes. Read about it below and see pictures of the fabulous Sarah Palin and a video.
The main stream media wing of the Obama presidential campaign has been trying a new tact against Sarah Palin today. Today’s attempt to create a Sarah Palin scandal has to do with her wardrobe and headlines that declare she is damaging John McCain’s presidential hopes.
Every time I’ve listened to the news today and when I’ve clicked to one of Obama’s news sites (MSNBC, NBC, etc) then I have read the blaring headlines that Palin has become a liability for McCain. I suppose that is evidenced by the huge crowds attending her rallies (see photos below). When Obama’s rallies are photographed, they keep the cameras in close to him. I wonder what we’d see if the camera’s pulled back? Ah well, there are wide screen photos of the McCain/Palin rallies, but we are told not to believe our eyes. Just believe that no one is attending and the people who are attending are no good worthless rednecks.
In case the ’she’s a liability’ thing doesn’t work, they are throwing in the ‘can you believe what she’s spent on clothes!!!’ thing.
This won’t have any more traction than the other noodles they’ve thrown at the wall to see if they stick. You know, that Palin is ignorant, stupid, white trash, hillbilly, trailer trash, her baby isn’t really hers and her husband and children are just as low class as she is. After all, she’s from a hillbilly state like Alaska (which is almost as bad as the redneck Pennsylvania!!!). She hunts, fishes and her husband is part Eskimo!!
That’s code for she hunts, fishes and her husband is part Eskimo!
Now, regarding her clothes, her income tax disclosures revealed that she and her husband make less money than any Vice Presidential candidate in modern history. She is on the campaign trail 24/7 and is speaking multiple times a day. If she were wearing clothes from Wal-Mart, they’d be calling her white trash and laughing at her lack of style. She can’t win with these people.
I have to say that I wish McCain had not gotten on television and said that the clothes would be donated to charity after the election. Instead, he should have asked how Obama has spent the billion dollars he’s gotten during his campaign, how much Biden’s hair plugs and teeth caps cost and how much Obama has spent on his Armani suits and accessories. I can assure you that Michelle Obama or their daughters aren’t showing up in Target clothes. But then the Obama’s are multi-millionaires and can afford to buy whatever they want … unlike the Palins who make a ‘normal’ amount of money.
One of the things that the left smear machine doesn’t really understand is that most women are fascinated with Palins style and grace. We love her shoes, suits, bags and style. We are also seriously impressed that she can look like she’s been styled every minute of the day while traveling from campaign stop to campaign stop, changing diapers, caring for her kids, signing autographs, shaking thousands of hands, giving several speeches a day, jousting with the attacks on herself and her family by the old media and keeping that incredible smile on the awesome First Dude’s face. And she does it all in heels.
So … while the media is ignoring Sarah Palin as best they can and slamming her style, intellect, family and abilities when they can’t ignore her, we know its all about speaking in code.
Its code for she scares the living daylights out of them and they have to find a way to marginalize her.

Yea, i hear on a TV show this morning the liberal illuminati raving about how much she spent on her wardrobe or something. it was a ridiculous amount, like $1500 but no matter how stupid that might be what does it have to do with her politics? As long as she doesn’t spend my tax dollars on her gear, whatever.

Hi,
My husband and I are close to retirement. We worry that what with the financial crisis , and the loss of money from our 401k we wont be able to make our house payments after we retire. The amount Sarah spent on clothes would have paid off our house. I think that this just shows how out of touch the McCain/Palin campaign is with regular people. I am also mad because the clothes were probably bought with taxpayer dollars “My Dime!”

It was $150,000, not $1500. That’s ridiculous. I’m trying to pay my bills.

Just out of curiosity – are you concerned that Obama has already paid over a million dollars for a party to celebrate his win. He assumes he will win.
How much did the Greek columns cost that Obama used for his acceptance speech? How much does he spend on his clothes or Michelle Obama spend on hers? How much did her make-over cost? She apparently had extensive dental work done so that her cuspids were not longer than her other teeth – after her husband started running for President.
The fact that she didn’t have clothes and the Republican Party felt the need to get her (and her family) some so she could go on the campaign trail, tells us she wasn’t skimming money in her job as Governor. Most Governors have plenty of designer clothes.
Get a grip – this is a non-issue.

Plus – they were making fun of her for not having great clothes before they ’styled’ her. Now they are making a big deal that she is wearing better clothes. She can’t win.
She’s the only person in this presidential race that isn’t a multi-millionaire.

Hey, if you guys are happy with tax dollars going to spiff up your VP candidate in red leather (rather than, you know, TV ads, or help to down-ticket candidates, or any other campaign uses)… more power to you! It looks nice on her. I hope you get some satisfaction from that on November 5th.
I’ll tell you this: as someone who shopped at Goodwill for nice suits before my early job interviews, there’s no way in the world I’d ever vote for a grown woman who lets someone else pay for the clothes on her back. Disgusting.

Maybe this is a non-issue but the liberal illuminati are going to make it an issue. And if nothing else it’s absolutely ridiculous in general, maybe it’s doesn’t have as much to do with the actual issues like some want to make it but be honest. $150,000 on clothes? Even it that was for her whole family and all their cousin… that’s ridiculous! Even $1500 would have been a bit steep.
