Joe Biden Bans Another Television Station
Joe Biden got upset with a Philadelphia television station and had the Obama campaign cut the station off from further interviews with anyone from the campaign. Sound familiar? It seems to be getting to be a habit. Read about it below and see the interview video.

Joe Biden appeared on CBS3 in Philadelphia and got upset when they asked him some tough questions. There’s a definite pattern developing here. You might remember that he got upset with Barbara West at a Florida station the other day. After that interview, she and her station were cut off from any further contact with anyone from the Obama campaign.
Now its happened with this Philadelphia station.
I’m a little surprised that Biden is so sensitive. You would think that after being in the Senate for his entire adult life, he’d be accustomed to having to answer difficult questions. Or have his constituents never asked? In this incident, he was asked about millions of dollars paid to family members to work for him in his campaigns. He didn’t like that one little bit. It made me wonder if no one ever asked him about that before!
As big a whipping as Sarah Palin has taken at the hands of media personalities who were supposedly interviewing her and then cutting and editing her comments and playing them endlessly and ridiculing her, I never heard her complain, whine or demand that someone be fired or that the McCain campaign cut a reporter or news station off. But then, she’s probably a lot tougher than Biden. After all, she’s had to work her way up while he’s been sitting in the same position his whole life. Plus, she did it in high heels and with men talking down to her and calling her things like ‘little lady’.
I think there is a very clear message that we can take away from the Obama team banning news stations they don’t like. We all must ask Joe Biden to explain discrepancies in the Obama campaigns messages. We must give them the opportunity to speak to the concerns the American people have about Obama and his political views. That way, we can get them to ban all of the stations that do that and we will finally, FINALLY, be able to watch television without having to see and hear Barack Obama every 2 minutes. Its been two years, we need a break from him.

They’re like children with children-like replies and tantrums……….Answer the QUESTIONS, don’t whine and refuse to be interviewed.

What politician would be stupid enough to continue to appear on a television station that has exhibited a clear agenda to discredit or mock him? That alleged “journalist” in Florida was not a newscaster or a journalist. She was a Republican headhunter who is bucking for a job with FOX News. I don’t blame Biden a bit for asking her if her question was a joke. Talk about a loaded question– How does your running-mate’s economic plan differ at all from the philosophy of Karl Marx? That woman is a joke, and I think you have to hand it to Biden for having the presence of mind to retain his composure and answer the question without just getting up and walking out on the interview.

I have no problem with Biden cutting off idiot reporters from the democratic machine. Nor do I have a problem with the McCain campaign doing the same. In my book a reporter should always treat their subject with respect – particularly presidential candidates. The questions they pose should also be respectful. A question comparing OBama with Karl Marx is ignorant and disrespectful. It is the equivalent of comparing McCain with a mass murderer because he may have been in the military. Such questions are themselves a slur which a smarter jouranlist would not ask.
OBama has never suggested that he will take money from wage earners in order to distribute it to people that do not want to work. This is sensationalist made-up stuff designed to scare ignorant and or gullable people that otherwise might vote democratic.
Please ask the journalist in question whether the fact that the IRS taxes people in the US makes America a communist country and if she supports America that makes her a communist?

I would consider this absurd if these questions were asked by a credible journalist who simply asks tough questions (like the late great Tim Russert) but this anchor clearly had the agenda of smearing Biden with outrageous questions. These questions weren’t tough, they were biased and hateful and any real journalist knows the difference.
On the other hand, Palin is not answering to even credible journalists. Why isn’t anyone outraged about that?

Obama did not specifically state people that did not work. However, he did state more than once redistribution of wealth to those at the bottom. Who exactly would be more at the bottom than those who do not work? Obama, “Words mean things!” Obama, “I can no more denounce him than I could my own Grandmother.” Obama, “This was just some guy in my neighborhood.” Obama, “Acorn, just some community group that I know of…” Exactly just how many gaffes, questionable associations, and other lies are people willing to over look to get Obama elected. He just may be a wonderful person, but can America take the chance. Those who believe in him please ask this question of any woman, “Do men change?” After they answer consider Obama’s past association and his past and present statements. Then go and vote as you feel motivated to do. As asked on the streets in NJ, “Who are you going to vote for?” “Obama”, “Why?”, “Cus he’s black.”, What do you like about his vice president, Sarah Palin?” “Oh, she be good for him.” This obviously was a person who had taken the time to study the issues and who is in the race. This is what this election is all about, about a lot of blind following.

If the mere suggestion that the wealthy should share with the middle class the grim responsibility of paying taxes brings this sort of nonsense to the fore we are doomed.
The right wing in this country has gone completely overboard. The author of this blog has also gone a bit overboard into describing Biden as “upset.” LOL. I think the more accurate description would include adjectives such as shocked, incredulous disbelief.
In all fairness, if anyone believes that it is reasonable to liken Obama to Marxism, then why not consider the rather Fascist subtext of her question?
We might finally understand who really takes ownership of that precious sense of entitlement.

Are you freakin’ kidding me???!!! That was like being questioned by the Gestapho – all that was missing was the bare lightbulb above his head! Sheesh – Was her next question “Are you still beating your wife?” The questions sounded more satirical to the normal viewer – I’m with Biden, is this a joke?
Good lord, I’m amazed at how low those on the right will go. What happened to common decency – and professionalism?
