Sarah Palin reminds us that Joe Biden has said that Obama was not ready for the Presidency. He said that the highest office in our country does not lend itself to ‘on the job training’. Biden has also said that he would be honored to be John McCain’s running mate because McCain would be best for our country.
Of course, Biden changed his tune when he was tapped to be Obama’s running mate. That hasn’t kept him from continuing his pattern of gaff after gaff. Biden has an uncanny way of speaking truth when he least intends to. For instance, we all know about his recent ‘gaff’ of telling his audience that ‘Mark my words’, Obama would be tested within six months of entering office. He said it would be an international crisis on the level of the Cuban Missile Crisis. But we aren’t to worry because Biden would be there to help Obama find his way through it.
The Obama campaign has clamped down on Biden. They’ve forbidden him from going ‘rouge’ and instructed him to stick strictly to his teleprompter and not elaborate in any way. They’ve minimized him in as many ways as they can. But as Palin reminds us, Obama still has a looming crisis and that is Biden’s next speech.
Fortunately, we have John McCain with Sarah Palin at his side. There is hope for us as long as too many people aren’t caught up in the Obmessiah complex.
