There are reports of voter intimidation by the New Black Panther Party in Philadelphia. A couple of guys dressed in New Black Panther Party garb stood in front of a polling place, one holding a billy club.
In the video below, the guy with the night stick says he’s providing security for the polling facility. In the second video below, there is an eye witness report that the guys were threatening people who were going into the polling place.
Voters complained and the police were called. The man with the billy club was asked to leave. He did leave of his own free will and was not charged with any crimes. The other man lives in the building and therefore was not asked to move, but had moved away from staying right in front of the door.
Hopefully, this is an isolated incident.

Just an FYI that this is not the Black Panther party. This is something called the New Black Panther party that is totally disassociated with the people in this video. http://www.blackpanther.org/newsalert.htm
Don’t want the Black Panthers to get a bad rep for something that isn’t them.
