		<description>Another fine example of a problem developing where there should not be one. Just viewing the map and seeing the countries and their shores, they all have access and a reasonable expectation to exploit resources within their nautical borders. Sure, there may be no successful drilling within those areas but have they even examined them? What are the rules for exploration in international waters as well as the technical considerations? Is there a good reason to have a squabble at this point? Probably not.</description>
