Write to an IDF Soldier
Its a powerless feeling to be sitting comfortably in our living rooms while our Soldiers and those of Israel are in harms way. All we can do is watch, worry, pray and send care packages. One more thing we can do is write a Soldier.
It’s time to show them that we care. That we are in awe of their heroism and brimming with admiration for their courage. That all of us across the world are hoping, praying, learning and doing extra good deeds for their safety.
Write your thoughts to an IDF soldier, or an Israeli living in an area where rockets are falling. We will hand-deliver your words of encouragement, and if you choose, your picture as well.
Be there with them, hand in hand, providing even more strength and courage.
It seems that both American and Israel Defense Force Soldiers (IDF) get a bad rap no matter what they do. The world seems to feel quite free to find fault with both of our countries while other’s are given a free pass regardless of their ruthlessness and cruelty. Apparently, we are not even supposed to defend ourselves.
The cause is just. It is dealing with a conflict that is there regardless of whether Israel responds or waits for the next suicide bomber to strike or the next missile to fly into an Israeli neighborhood. Israel is fighting a front in the Global War on Terrorism.
You can help them. Write a Soldier with encouragement. Let them know we are behind them.
