The Presidential Inauguration yesterday may have been about the transfer of the Presidency from one man to the other, but all eyes were on the women and what they were wearing. Many say that Jill Biden stole the show with her fashion choices. Here are some photos of her in both her outfits. What do you think?
There’s no denying that Jill Biden is a very attractive woman, politics aside. She certainly outdid herself at the Inaugural Balls last night in a lovely red strapless Reem Acra gown. She chose minimal accessories with only a think bracelet and long earrings. She didn’t need more than that. Her husband, Vice President Joe Biden, couldn’t keep his eyes or his hands off her.
The Biden’s moved from Inaugural Ball to Inaugural Ball and each time Biden commented that he wasn’t that good a dancer, but he didn’t mind holding her close. And that was obvious. You can see it in the photos I’ve included here.
Earlier in the day there was a lot of internet activity over the dress Jill Biden wore to the Inauguration. Actually, it had more to do with the length of the dress and the sexy boots she was wearing. I think she looked stylish and stunning actually. We should all look that good on a day that lasts that long.
Don’t get me wrong. I don’t like the Obama’s or the Biden’s politics. But that doesn’t mean I have to hate how she dressed. There’s nothing wrong with looking feminine and well put together.
Here are pictures of Michelle Obama’s Inaugural gown and Inaugural dress.

This is the one situation for politicians and those with them where they can rarely win. No matter what they do their will be plenty of critics. It’s your basic ‘no win’ situation. Could not help but catch the video of the new president and first lady on the dance floor if one turned on the tv the day after.
My initial reaction was the moment should be received as well as it looked. To echo the sentiment in this post, just because I loathe the politics of those involved does not mean I do not hold some reverence for the trappings of inaugural ceremonies and official celebrations.
So yes, the Obama’s looked good as did Gaffe Master Biden’s spouse. If not now, soon we will be spirited back to reality.
