Democrats Launch Petition Against Rush Limbaugh
Efforts have already started to stifle dissent now that the democrats are in complete control of our government. They have launched a petition against Rush Limbaugh in an effort to shut him up. Read about it below.

The left has been very concerned that extreme radicals on the left have their ‘right’ for free speech without having to take responsibility for what they say. They also seem very concerned that anyone on the right is shut up. Thus, the President has told the Republicans to ignore Rush Limbaugh if they want to get along in HIS government. Now our Congress, the do-nothing Congress with the lowest approval rating of any Congress ever, has launched a petition against Rush Limbaugh.
Here’s the deal. They don’t want you knowing what they are doing. They don’t want people like Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Laura Ingraham and others to express any dissent. The President HIMSELF has stated there IS not dissent. That’s the kind of talk of any Communist government. You might see and hear it, but they’ll tell you its not there. Just ask anyone who has lived under Stalin, Castro or other Communist leaders.
The other thing they do is develop an image of themselves that is god-like and sell themselves to the public as infallible. In Obama’s case, he’s got the best marketers that Hollywood can offer to create that image. Take a look at the new White House website. Its a website devoted to the admiration of Obama. Its not for the people anymore. Its for Obama. The allegiance is to Obama rather than to the country.
Bill Ayers, an avowed enemy of the United States is held in high regard, teaches at one of our universities, sits on boards and is the toast of the Effete Elite™. Rush Limbaugh is told to shut up and sit down or they’ll ruin him. All in the name of the very Orwellian ‘Fairness Doctrine’.
If they control the media, they control the people. Be afraid. Be very afraid.

“Agree or disagree with him, you have to respect him, because he’s the president.” was what the Bush supporters (the Right) said to defend the man, calling those who disliked Bush’s policy un-American. Guess what, Now the president is Obama, and you have to respect it, otherwise you, by your own definition, are un-American. Or a hypocrite…

Rush is a victim of severe Vicodin intoxication.
How many more pills can those kidneys filter out of his blood before they shut down just like his brain did years ago.

If the President has told the Republicans to ignore Rush Limbaugh if they want to get along in HIS government, then why can’t Democrats simply ignore Rush Limbaugh also?

now is the time to finally STOP being afraid of government.
1. The Obama administration is already more transparent with the use of their executive power then the bush administration ever was. They oversteped their authority on dozens of occasions, and now that Obama is giving the People the right to see those executive orders the People may finally know even more about what a wretched preident bush was.
2. The bush administration flat out wrote for the right wing media for eight years. Most of which were straight up lies, passed as truth through their controll of the media. Fox news shouldn’t even be allowed to call themselves a news station lol.
3. Obama spells the end of the tryanistic government we have had for the last 8 years, and now the People might actually get to be free again.

You talk about Orwellian? Where have you been the past 8 years? Torture condoned, rights rescinded (buh bye habeas corpus), Wire tapping, and on and on. It was all BS and now Obama is rescinding it. One comment does not a policy make. Rush is an airbag, but no one is going to try to shut him up. Maybe there are a few radical liberal lefties, but they are dust in the wind just like all the fundie right handers. Moderation, debate, bi-partisianship and compromise will mark Obama’s administration rather than lies, corporate favoritism on a global scale, and shoot first ask questions later than were the hallmark of Bush.

Censorship of any kind is unAmerican. It seems to me they see Rush as a threat. Wonder what they are hiding? Sealed records from college. Sealed birth certificate. Sealed attorney records. Now he wants no dissent and censorship? Welcome to the New World Order.

The Democrats are terrified of Rush, just as they’re terrified of the truth – it doesn’t fit into their socialist agenda and propaganda. But for any Pres. to want to disparage and shut up a private American citizen, solely based ON politics, is stalinist! Only communist behave in such a manner! If the shoe fits, liberals Dems… then the SHOE FITS.
