Evangeline Lilly was on Late Night with David Letterman earlier tonight. Check out some photos of Evangeline and a video of her appearance tonight.
Evangeline Lilly
Evangeline Lilly, known as Kate Austin on Lost. She talks to Letterman about life in Hawaii while filming the mind bogglingly mysterious television show Lost. She has one horror tell after the other of the difficulties the Canadian actress has had adjusting the the climate and life in Hawaii. We learn about VOG (Volcanic fog) that made her eyes swell up. We find out she’s allergic to the sun there (she gets bumps on her face from it) and we learn she is a terrible surfer.
She was there to promote the 5th season of Lost that started last week. She also was there to promote her upcoming eBay auction. She’s auctioning off her underwear on eBay to raise money for TASK Brazil, a charity that helps street children in Brazil.
We also got reinforcement in the knowledge that Letterman doesn’t keep up with Lost at all. He made a weak attempt to get Evangeline to reveal some of the well kept secrets of Lost, but he obviously didn’t know enough about the show to know what questions to ask. So, its safe to say, no spoilers were revealed tonight.

This is in reference to several web sites found on Google regarding David Letterman called Sarah Palin a slutty looking flight attendant. Let me remind Mr Letterman that on 9/11/01 that UAL and AAL flight attendants were the first safty professionals that dies that day. And they had neve been recognized for it. As a retired Flight Attendant UAL I am highly insulted to be compared to be compared to Sarah Palin. I am not quite sure what a slutty flight attendant looks like. After almost 40 years of flying. The main difference was the lack of manners by the flying public. I suppose Mr.Letterman is part of that group. I am not sure I ever remember being slutty in my life. I think Mr. Letterman owes flight attendants all over the World and huge apology for being compared to Palin )2 being called slutty. Thank you very much. Kay.T.Goldsworthy
