Four armed men tried to break into a home on West Vande Loo Street in Tucson, Arison on February 5th. The whole incident was caught on tape, which we’ve included below.
The four men who rushed the house were armed with handguns and assault rifles. Apparently, they didn’t count on the fact that the homeowner was also heavily armed. the homeowner was able to hold off the would-be invaders and get the whole incident on video via his surveillance cameras.
The video of the shoot out that ensued during the attempted break-in has drawn national attention. As a result of it, the perpetrators have been identified. So far, 22-year-old David Gutierrez has been arrested and is charged with attempted armed robbery, attempted aggravated robbery and aggravated assault. Sheriff’s are continuing to look for the other suspects, including 23-year-old Jesus Mendivil.

Can someone tell me what type of home invaders try to penetrate someone’s home in the middle of the day? Who wants to bet this is drug or gang-related?

I was actually hoping for at least one of the perps to be shot dead. Oh well…
