An Army officer serving in Iraq says it is his sworn duty to support and defend the Constitution and he believes that Barack Obama is an “imposter” [not eligible to be President]. This Lieutenant is challenging President Obama’s qualifications to be President through a court of law. See photo and video below.
2nd Lt. Scott Easterling (Photo)
Scott Easterling has joined Orly Taitz’s DefendOurFreedomFoundation. Taitz, an attorney, publicized Easterling’s comments and his participation in her lawsuit after advising him to seek legal counsel before speaking out about President Obama. She says “…he insisted on moving forward.”
According to Taitz, other lawsuits have failed with military as plaintiffs, but Lt. Easterling is on active duty serving in a war zone. She believes this military status will give him standing with the courts. Taitz says that some state legislators and other military have joined this new lawsuit.
According to WorldNetDaily, Easterling wrote a “to whom it may concern” letter. Here’s a portion:
Until Mr. Obama releases a ‘vault copy’ of his original birth certificate for public review, I will consider him neither my Commander in Chief nor my President, but rather, a usurper to the Office – an impostor,” his statement said.I chose to work … to support my troops and then left that lucrative position when the Army raised its maximum enlistment age to 40. Upon completion of basic training, I entered Officer Candidate School and commissioned as a 2LT in August 2007. After completing the subsequent basic officer leadership courses, I was assigned to Ft. Knox and shortly thereafter deployed to Balad, Iraq,” he wrote.
It is important to note that to our knowledge, Lt. Easterling has not defied Presidential orders.
Taitz allegedly told WorldNetDaily:
His contention is that as an active member of the U.S. military, he is required to follow orders from a sitting president, and he needs – on pain of court-martial – to know that Obama is eligible.

I hope one of these courts will actually obtain and review the documents.
But I wonder if the Army will touch this as ‘disrespect towards the President’.
My guess is the civilian courts will say he has ‘no standing’ and the Army will not bring charges.
Because out judges are wimps and are too afraid that they will learn BO is not eligible.

Lt. Easterling reminds me of a lifelong welfare recipient who refuses a job at McDonalds, or anywhere else, because it’s beneath them. This guy is pathetic crybaby having a fit because his side didn’t win the election. Wrapping yourself in a fallacy under the guise of defending the constitution is the same as living off taxpayers because you weren’t offered the job you want.
Loser or kook, it doesn’t matter, suck it up and accept the will of the voter or quit (I’m sure the army can survive fine without him).

SP MacDonald, You have got a lot of brass. You equate the Lt.s action with a welfare recipient. In the first place he is doing a job that most of the people in the U.S. don’t want and is getting paid damn little for it which is NOT something anyone on welfare would do. Second he is up holding his oath with what he is doing. OB was never vetted properly but that seems to be over looked by the media. You see there is something called the “rule of law” but that is something that so many people today are willing to ignore including you, OB, and most of your poloticians. He is doing something he believes in to the peril of his future and I for one salute him for it right or wrong in your eyes…………….

Where was this guy when I was in Vietnam, or for that matter when Bush while on vacation ignored the memo in August 2001 about terrorist planning to use planes as missiles to target the USA. Or when Bush did a disappearing act when it was his time to serve our country. What the fuck are you talking about, you better read about the Korean and Vietnam wars before you mouth off that wars are only won or lost. Sounds like your saying that the nearly 100,000 lives lost in both of those wars were what, because there was no win or lost scenario but kids were dying faster then your dumb ass mouth is talking.

You guys don’t get it. He doesn’t have to prove he was born here– he has the required documents. The burden is on the people who challenge his legitimacy to prove he wasn’t. That’s the way it works.

Under article 2 section 1 of our Constitution, president must be proved that he or she is a natural born USA citizen. Also, he had sealed all documentation including his college papers-financial papers and his fake certificate of live birth in Hawaii. What is he hiding? WE THE PEOPLE MUST DEMAND TO VERIFY ALL OF THIS!!
