Angela McGlowan is the best-selling author of Bamboozled. She is also a Fox news political contributor and the founder and CEO of Political Strategies & Insights (PSI). Read her biography and see photos and a video of her below.
The Bamboozled author, Angela McGlowan, has become a familiar face for the Republican party, conservative values and common sense on Fox News as a commentator. Her best selling book, Bamboozled, takes on the liberal left for using lies and fear tactics to exploit women, Blacks and Latinos. She has been an outspoken and fearless advocate for minorities, supporting independence and freedom as opposed to dependence on a bloated federal government.
She appeared on Bill O’Reilly last night, March 16, 2009, and defended comedian Jackie Mason for using the Jewish term for Black in a comedy routine (see video below). Mason has gotten criticized and called and harassed for using the Yiddish word, ‘Shakhur’. Apparently, she supports free speech, regardless of who likes it or doesn’t like it.
Angela McGlowan grew up in Oxford, Mississippi and is the daughter of the late Reverend James Thomas McGlowan. Here father died when she was young. Her mother is Angela Alberta McGlowan Bryant. She has three siblings. She graduated from the University of Mississippi with a degree in public administration with a concentration in criminal justice and political science. She is a member of the Mississippi Society.
Ms. McGlowan started her career working as the director for the outreach program in the Better America Foundation under honorary chairman, Senator Bob Dole. She worked as a press secretary and public affairs officer in Nevada. She also was Miss District of Columbia USA in 1994.
She was the director of government affairs and diversity development for Chairman Rupert Murdoch’s News Corporation from 1999 to 2005. She also served as a lobbyist and advocate for the News Corporation to Congress for federal, legislative and regulatory policies supportive of corporate objectives. She was the manager of legislative affairs for the American Trucking Association.
McGlowan is the Founder and CEO of Political Strategies & Insights (PSI), a government affairs, political strategy, public relations, and advocacy consulting firm based in Washington, D.C.
In February 1999, McGlowan became a contributor for Fox News Channel. She is frequently seen on shows like Bill O’Reilly, The Hannity Show, Red Eye and other Fox shows serving as a Republican political commentator. She also appears on PBS’s ‘To The Contrary, America’s Black Forum’.

There is an error in your article. “Shachor” is Hebrew for ‘black’; the word Mason used — “Schvartze” is Yiddish and it also translates as ‘black.’ By itself it is not a slur, just an adjective.

I attended a meeting recently where Angela McGlowan was the speaker. I think she is very knowledgable and is as ’sharp as a tack’…and is very friendly and outgoing. ALSO she is very pretty! I hope to see her more often on Fox News.
