Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez has called U.S. President Barack Obama an ignoramus, among other things. Apparently, Chavez hasn’t been clued in that Obama is The One and therefore above reproach. Read about it below and see photos and a video.
The Venezuelan petty dictator and President for Life, Hugo Chavez, insulted the American President, Barack Obama. He called him an ‘ignoramus’. More to the point, he said he was AT BEST an ignoramus. Well, that wasn’t nice at all. Chavez took exception to Obama saying that Chavez was exporting terrorism.
“He goes and accuses me of exporting terrorism: the least I can say is that he’s a poor ignoramus; he should read and study a little to understand reality,” said Chavez, who heads a group of left-wing Latin American leaders opposed to the U.S. influence in the region.
Chavez said Obama’s comments had made him change his mind about sending a new ambassador to Washington, after he withdrew the previous envoy in a dispute last year with the Bush administration in which he also expelled the U.S. ambassador to Venezuela.
“When I saw Obama saying what he said, I put the decision back in the drawer; let’s wait and see,” Chavez said on his weekly television show, adding he had wanted to send a new ambassador to improve relations with the United States after the departure of George W. Bush as president.
Chavez went on to say that Obama was ignorant about world affairs and needed to learn a few things about how the realities of the world. Even though Chavez’ wealth is largely dependent on the oil Venezuela sales to the United States, he has seemed to get a lot of mileage out of shaking his fist at the U.S. defiantly biting the hand that feeds him.
He isn’t the only South American country that has kicked out American Ambassadors, other left leaning South American countries like Bolivia and Ecuador have refused to host American diplomats.
Obama promised to make America loved throughout the world. So far he seems to be batting zero. No one seemed overly concerned when he went out of his way to insult the British. I guess the British are much too European and closely related to us for the left to be concerned about. But insulting the socialist and communist darlings of the left? I can’t imagine how that will go over with Obama’s power base.
Its a little disconcerting to hear Hugo Chavez making more sense than our own President.

Chavez is full of “caraotas” (black beans) when he criticizes US President Barack Obama. The US President is popular throughout the world because he is genuinely interested in pursuing a policy based on inclusion, peace, justice and responsibility. It is time for Venezuelans to reevaluate Chavez’s anachronistic criminal-Stalin-era form of government.

[[Apparently, Chavez hasn’t been clued in that Obama is The One and therefore above reproach.]]
I’m surprised how much support Obama has from folks who I would normally consider typical right-wing Kool-Aid drinking dumbasses. But they’re ALWAYS the people calling Obama “The One.” I’ve seen and read maybe three instances of liberals referring to Obama this way, the most obvious example is the mighty Oprah of course; but I’ve seen easily hundreds of examples of nutty right-wingers using it.
Anyway, brilliant commentary, Beth. Brilliant! I’m joking of course; you’re a complete moron. Or an ignoramus, if you prefer. You’re no better than dumbass lefties who seemed to side with Saddam Hussein when that embarrassment W. was gleefully running our country into the ground. Hey, way to support terrorism ’cause you’re still in a pissy little snit that the guy you liked lost the election.

Ted - they don’t CALL him ‘The One’, they just worship him as though he were ‘The One’. Calling him that just underlines the overall characterization of him. Understand? I know its hard, but try.

Name calling - the common recourse of anyone who can’t contribute to the debate.

Is Chavez just pretending that they don’t share the same goals or is he jealous that Obama may be a more powerful dictator with more money? Obama lemmings hope both may be true.

I think it’s interesting that Ted, the Obaaama fanatic, is calling non-Obama supporters the Kool-aid drinking dumbasses. We refer to him as “The One” to make fun of you crazy bastards, who act like he is a god, allow him to get away with everything, and follow him ignorantly and blindly like sheep to the slaughter. Also, he didn’t “win” the election, he wasn’t elected. The United States has NEVER had a president actually elected by the people. The winner of the presidential elections is decided before they even begin. It doesn’t matter who you vote for because we don’t really live in a democracy in the United States. It is clear, if you speak to them, that the Obaaama sheeple only support him because, one he is black, which he’s not even really black, by the way, two they are socialists who want a government that forces its people to give up what they earn so that they can give it to people that don’t work, or three because they don’t have the ability to think and simply support whoever the mainstream media tells them too. Obaaama is not even a socialist, because saying that someone is a socialist implies that they actually care about the people, at least to some extent. No, he’s really more of a fascist because he basically wants to steal money from the people and funnel it to his bankers masters, the people that really control the government in our little “democracy”.
